Your appointment COP consultations are by appointment. During your first visit, based on the recommendations of your doctor, we will consider the best solution for you. An orthosis (an appliance that supports the body) or a small orthopedic aid such as a splint, a crutch or a corset will often be deliverable from stock. Sometimes the aid will have to be adjusted in order to ensure it fits your body optimally. Prostheses and orthopedic shoes will have to be made especially for you; your measurements will be taken during your first visit. Depending on the type of product and the possibility to make it in our workshop, you'll be able to pick up your order within two to six weeks. Payment of your appliances In order to qualify for coverage, – depending on your insurance – you will need a referral letter from your family doctor or the specialist who is treating you.
